What are Zone Control Center & Zoe AI?
Zone Control Center: Unified Platform
Zone Control Center is a unified platform that centralizes Zone workflows, such as ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, and ZoneReconcile, natively within NetSuite. Acting as a user-friendly "cockpit," it provides finance teams with a single workspace to navigate features and monitor workflow health via real-time operational dashboards without needing to jump between products or tools within a product. Zone Control Center is also the home of Zoe AI Agents.

Zoe by Zone: AI within Zone Control Center
Zoe is Zone's agentic orchestration layer and Zoe's AI agents provide an in-app chat allowing customers to ask plain-English questions about their NetSuite data and receive instant, synthesized answers. To ensure financial data remains trustworthy and secure, Zoe is built on deterministic AI, automatically respects existing NetSuite role-based permissions, and acts as "explainable AI" by providing the exact SuiteQL query used to generate every response.

Zoe's AI Agents: Subscription Intelligence, AP Intelligence, Cash Intelligence
Rather than functioning as a single generic tool, Zoe operates through a fleet of specialized agents, each purpose-built to add context for specific Zone solutions. For example, ZoneBilling customers will interact with Zoe using Subscription Intelligence, which help reduce revenue leakage and improve DSO. Throughout 2026, Zoe's capabilities will expand with AP Intelligence for accounts payable workflows, Cash Intelligence for reconciliation status, and a Customization Agent that allows finance teams to tailor Zoe to their unique internal processes.
