When can I install Zone Control Center on my NetSuite account?
ZoneBilling and ZoneCapture customers will have access to Zone Control Center in June, 2026.
I installed Zone Control Center, but don't see it, what should I do?
If you are experiencing glitches, blank pages, or loading errors immediately following the Zone Control Center SuiteBundle install, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If you aren't sure how to clear your cache, follow these instructions:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
- Note: We recommend restarting your browser after clearing the data for the best results.
In most cases, this syncs the new update and resolves the issue instantly.
Can I access my other Zone products from Zone Control Center?
By the end of 2026, ZoneCapture, ZoneApprovals, ZoneBilling, Zone Reconcile, and additional Zone solutions will be available from the Zone Control Center navigation.
Why is the dashboard blurry with a note about updating my code?
For ZoneBilling customers, after installing the Zone Control Center SuiteBundle to access Zone Control Center, you must also update to the indicated code version of ZoneBilling (or higher) in order for the dashboard to populate. This is because the Zone Control Center dashboard is built using saved searches that require a ZoneBilling code update to process.
Are the dashboards customizable?
Not at this time. The ZoneCapture dashboards can be filtered by subsidiary and date range to show you the data most relevant to your role. Customization features are slated for release in 2027.
Is Zone Control Center the same thing as Zoe AI?
No. Zone Control Center is the unified platform that connects Zone products and workflows within NetSuite. The homepage for each solution within Zone Control Center will include a dashboard with real-time operational data. Zoe represents Zone's AI tools. Customers interact with Zoe through conversational chat, which utilize a Zoe AI agents. Zoe’s agents add product and industry context around each of Zone’s solution. For example, customers will interact with Zoe on ZoneBilling through Subscription Intelligence. They will interact with Zoe on ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals through AP Intelligence. And they will interact with Zoe on ZoneReconcile through Cash Intelligence.
