Summary: This article was written for ZoneBilling customers using the Zone Control Center dashboard.
Note: ZoneBilling customers can learn how to install the Zone Control Center standalone bundle here.
Note: Zone Control Center and Zoe mimic each user's NetSuite and Zone permissions. If users have limited access to NetSuite and Zone solution data, those permissions will be automatically applied within Zone Control Center. Therefore customers will not be able to query or see data that they do not normally have access to view.
What is the Zone Control Center Dashboard?
Zone Control Center (ZCC) is a unified platform that connects all Zone workflows, including ZoneBilling, directly within NetSuite. It provides a centralized, user-friendly workspace where finance teams can monitor workflow health and engage with tools like Zoe AI without context switching or jumping between different modules.
Zone Control Center includes an out-of-the-box, up-to-date operations dashboard on each of the Zone workflows.
On ZoneBilling, the dashboard will only populate for customers who have installed the Zone Control Center standalone bundle and upgraded to ZoneBilling version 2026.04.07.2 or higher.
Why do I need to use ZoneBilling version 2026.04.07.2 or higher and install the Zone Control Center standalone bundle to access my dashboard?
Zone Control Center is built on a unique standalone bundle that allows it to operate across products. However the dashboard uses data from saved searches based on each customer’s data within their ZoneBilling account.
Zone Control Center navigation and Zoe’s AI agents can be utilized without upgrading the ZoneBilling code, however because the dashboard is built using ZoneBilling saved searches, ZoneBilling must use version 2026.04.07.2 or higher for the dashboard to populate.
If you haven’t upgraded to code version 2026.04.07.2 or higher, you will see a blurry dashboard with a banner recommending you upgrade ZoneBilling to the latest code version.
