FAQ for Zone Control Center within ZoneCapture (released with 2.20.0)
Is there an additional cost?
No. The update to Zone Control Center will not include any changes to pricing or fees. It is a value-add update designed to improve your user experience and navigation efficiency.
Will anything change when I have access to Zone Control Center?
Zone Control Center offers all your standard ZoneCapture capabilities, plus access to the new dashboards and new navigation menus.
When can I access Zone Control Center?
Customers should have access to Zone Control Center by the end of May, 2026.
Do I need to do anything to enable it?
No, Zone Control Center will be added to your account with the upcoming SuiteApp update.
I don’t see it, what should I do?
If you are experiencing glitches, blank pages, or loading errors immediately following the bundle update, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If you aren't sure how to clear your cache, follow these instructions:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
- Note: We recommend restarting your browser after clearing the data for the best results.
In most cases, this syncs the new update and resolves the issue instantly.
Can I access my other Zone products from Zone Control Center?
Soon. ZoneCapture is the first Zone product to launch Zone Control Center, but ZoneBilling and ZoneApprovals will be quick to follow. By the end of summer, most of our Zone products will be available through Zone Control Center - making it easy to navigate between our products within NetSuite.
Are the dashboards customizable?
Not at this time. The dashboards can be filtered by subsidiary and date range to show you the data most relevant to your role. Dashboard customization will be released in 2027.
Why does the data in the dashboard look different if I view it twice in the same day?
Dashboard data reflects real-time metrics and will update each time the dashboard is refreshed. Depending on the cadence of new data, the dashboard may change frequently throughout a single day. When viewing the dashboard, click the “refresh” icon to manually refresh the data if the page has sat stagnant for awhile.
Can I disable Zone Control Center within ZoneCapture?
Yes. To disable the automatic redirection of ZoneCapture portlets within the Zone Control Center workspace, complete the following: in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu select Settings > Main Configuration > User Interface > Uncheck "Enable Zone Control Center Workspace". (See image below.)
