Accessing Zone Control Center
- Primary Navigation: To access the Zone Control Center, log into NetSuite. In the top menu, locate Zone&Co (you may need to open “more” on the right side of the menu) > Product > [Zone Product (e.g., ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture)]. See the first image below.
- Save Zone Control Center as a Shortcut: For quicker access in the future, hover over the "star" icon on the top-left side of the header menu, click Add To Shortcuts, enter a memorable name (such as "Zone and Co"), and click Save. See the second set of images below.

Accessing Zoe AI Agents
When Zoe’s AI agents are available in each workflow, accessing them will be as simple as opening Zone Control Center (#1-3 in the image below) and selecting the Zoe AI agent button in the lower right corner (#4 in the image below) to submit queries (#5 in the image below).
