ZoneCapture customers have access to Zone Control Center through one of two methods.

Embedded version of Zone Control Center within the ZoneCapture code
- This was turned on automatically for most existing ZoneCapture customers and will be available until May 1 2027.
- ⛔Customers using this version of Zone Control Center will not have access to the newest updates such as dashboard enhancements, navigation expansion to include ZoneApprovals, and the Zoe AI agent, AP Intelligence, available in August 2026.

This article describes the navigation available to customers using the Zone Control Center Suite standalone bundle.

Note: Zone Control Center and Zoe mimic each user's NetSuite and Zone permissions. If users have limited access to NetSuite and Zone solution data, those permissions will be automatically applied within Zone Control Center. Therefore customers will not be able to query or see data that they do not normally have access to view.
Zone Control Center Navigation
After opening Zone Control Center, you can use the following in-app navigation tools.
Note that for ZoneCapture customers with access to ZoneApprovals, ZoneApprovals navigation will also be available within Zone Control Center using the Zone Control Center suite standalone bundle.
Within ZoneCapture, for customers using the unique Zone Control Center standalone bundle, the navigation menu includes all frequently used portlets within ZoneCapture, and most of the portlets for ZoneApproval (for ZoneCapture customers who also use ZoneApprovals).
ZoneCapture customers may still elect to use the legacy pathways to access ZoneCapture, however those features will open within Zone Control Center.

The main ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals portlets are available within Zone Control Center and can be access in two ways.
Left Navigation Panel: Customers can use the left side navigation menu within Zone Control Center to seamlessly move between Zone products (#1 on image below) and to easily navigate within a single Zone product (#2 on image below).
Dashboards: Zone Control Center has standard out-of-the-box dashboards that display real-time operational data.
Some dashboard widgets (or portlets) include a “drill down” option that allow customers to click on the dashboard data to open the portlet view of that data within Zone Control Center.
In the image below, clicking on Bills to Process from the ZoneCapture dashboard opened the Incoming Purchase Transactions to be Processed saved search results.
