Summary: Use this article to help troubleshoot difficulties with Zone Control Center & Zoe AI Agents.

Roles Outside Class & Account Center
For roles within the Class Center & Accounting Center, users will automatically have access to Zone Control Center after following the steps during installation.
For roles in other centers, a new center can be created. Follow these steps to create a new center that will allow users to access Zone Control Center.

Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Tabs > New

Complete the following fields (see image below):
- Label: Zone&Co
- Center: Select center

Content > Categories

Name: [Product Name, e.g. Zone Billing or ZoneCapture]

- Save (see image above)
- Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Categories > Select Edit for the newly added Product (e.g. ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture)

Add Values to Product [e.g. ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture] by completing the following fields (see image below):
- Values > Link: [ZCC Product Launcher UI, e.g. ZCC Billing Launcher UI]
- Values > Label: [Product, e.g. ZoneBilling or ZoneCapture]
ZoeBilling: Hidden Zoe AI Icon Behind Legacy Chat Icon
For ZoneBilling customers using the legacy AI Assistant chat, the legacy icon may hide or partially hide the Zoe Subscription Intelligence icon (image below). When this occurs, customers are able to disable the legacy chat for easier use of Subscription Intelligence.
Note: The legacy chat will be retired on October 1, 2026.

To disable the legacy AI Assistant chat, following these instructions (see image below):
- Use the header menu and select: Setup > ZoneBilling Setup > Preferences
- In Edit mode, uncheck "Enablement Assistant"
- Save
Zoe AI Agents: Safari
Zone Control Center can be installed and will work with Apple Safari, however Zoe AI Agents will not open for customers using Safari. Updates to support customers using Safari are not currently on the Zone roadmap.
NetSuite officially supports Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari - however Google Chrome is widely considered the best browser for NetSuite experiences. Zoe AI Agents will operate for customers using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
