Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in these releases.
Enhancements
GRNI balance report
Applies to: ZoneCapture (AP Intelligence Agent)
GRNI is the value of goods you have received but have not yet been invoiced for. Ask Zoe, for example, “What is my GRNI balance as of today?” and Zoe returns:
- Outstanding purchase orders and goods receipts: What has been ordered and received.
- Unmatched bills: Bills that have not yet been matched.
- Breakdowns: Results by supplier, subsidiary, and currency.
AP answers now match the Zone Control Center dashboard
Applies to: ZoneCapture (AP Intelligence Agent)
Previously, some of Zoe’s AP numbers could differ from the dashboard. Zoe’s answers for these metrics now match it, across subsidiaries and date ranges:
- PO Recognition Accuracy
- Bills to Process: Always shows the current outstanding total, whatever date range you select.
- Ready to Bill: Amounts and counts now agree with the dashboard.
AI-suggested ZoneCapture coding rules
Applies to: ZoneCapture (AP Intelligence Agent)
Zoe reviews your account’s past vendor bill coding and proposes default rules for lines you have consistently coded the same way. Review the suggestions and set up the rules you want, to cut repeated manual coding.
Beneficiary bank account troubleshooting
Applies to: Zone AP Payments (AP Intelligence Agent)
When a beneficiary bank account fails local or international payment requirements, ask Zoe why. Zoe uses the Transfermate Beneficiary Matrix to explain the failure and how to correct it.
Bug Fixes
- Download button: Only one Download button now appears on a results panel, even when a query returns many results.
- Long field names and query text: Long database field names and SuiteQL query text are no longer cut off in Zoe’s responses.
