General Information
Zoe releases 0.9.0 (September 4, 2026), 0.10.0 (September 11, 2026), and 0.11.0 (September 28, 2026) introduced the Cash Intelligence agent, extended subscription usage analysis to all of your customers, and added guided onboarding, in-chat feedback, and clearer messages when Zoe cannot give a full answer.
Below you can find more information related to the changes introduced in these releases.
Enhancements
New: Cash Intelligence agent
Applies to: ZoneReconcile
Ask Zoe cash-flow and bank-reconciliation questions, such as your reconciliation status, cash position, or account breaks. Open Zoe from anywhere in Zone Control Center or from the ZoneReconcile page.
- Consistent answers: Zoe now draws on a curated library of ZoneReconcile query patterns for common cash questions.
- Bank connectivity errors: When a bank connection shows an error such as ITEM_LOGIN_REQUIRED, ask Zoe what it means. Zoe explains it from the Zone knowledge base and cites the article. Previously, Zoe referred you to the bank connectivity provider’s external documentation.
Smarter ZoneCapture rule suggestions
Applies to: ZoneCapture (AP Intelligence)
- Amend instead of duplicate: When an existing rule is close but miscoded, Zoe suggests changing it rather than creating a second rule.
- Month and week variants: Zoe recognizes rule variants that differ only by month or week, so you get fewer noisy suggestions.
- Setup guide link: Each suggestion links to the ZoneCapture rule-setup guide.
Subscription usage analysis covers all customers
Applies to: ZoneBilling (Subscription Intelligence)
Ask Zoe to analyze subscription usage and Zoe now includes every customer in your account, not a limited set. Zoe returns the full result as a single CSV file and highlights the customers with the biggest usage changes.
Guided start for new users
Applies to: all Zoe users
- Suggested questions: New chats show suggested questions from a reviewed library. Click one to run it in one click.
- Tip card: A short “Have you tried…?” card appears on new chats to introduce useful capabilities.
- More shortcuts: The chat greeting now shows more one-click questions, including AP Intelligence and Subscription Intelligence shortcuts.
More accurate revenue answers
Applies to: ZoneBilling (Subscription Intelligence)
- Per-subscription revenue: Ask about recognized and deferred revenue for each subscription.
- Multi-currency accounts: On a NetSuite OneWorld account, Zoe now tells you when a single consolidated revenue total is not available. Previously, Zoe could show one combined figure across currencies.
Clearer messages when Zoe cannot give a full answer
Applies to: ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, ZoneReconcile (all Zoe AI agents)
| When this happens | Zoe now |
|---|---|
| Your message is longer than 8,000 characters | Tells you right away so you can shorten it |
| A result has more rows than Zoe displays | Says it is showing only part of the list |
| Your NetSuite role cannot access the data | Says you do not have access, instead of reporting that nothing was found |
| Zoe cannot answer your request | Explains why and suggests what to try instead |
Feedback and shorter answers
Applies to: ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, ZoneReconcile (all Zoe AI agents)
- Feedback buttons: The thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons on Zoe’s replies now record your feedback, so Zone can track and improve answer quality.
- Shorter main answers: When an Extended Analysis is available, Zoe’s main reply stays a short summary. Open the Extended Analysis panel for the detail and source links.
Bug Fixes
- GRNI balance: Requests no longer fail when a NetSuite line has a missing amount. Zoe treats missing amounts as zero.
- GRNI report export: The export shows item names instead of internal IDs.
- CSV exports: Exports now download as true CSV files.
- Zoe icon: The icon no longer covers the ZoneCapture incoming queue.
- Chat history: Conversations now move to the top of your history as soon as you send a message.
