General Information
Zoe release 0.13.0 (October 29, 2026) makes Zoe answer your request first instead of asking clarifying questions, continues your task when you give a short reply, and explains more clearly why a NetSuite record could not be found. A hotfix on October 5, 2026 (0.11.1) corrected the Zoe icon on resized pages.

Enhancements
Zoe answers first, then asks follow-up questions
Applies to: all Zoe users
Zoe now returns an answer right away. For example, enter “List metrics” and Zoe lists the metrics. Previously, Zoe replied with a question about which area you meant. Zoe also follows explicit instructions and uses information it already has.
Short replies continue your task
Applies to: all Zoe users
When Zoe asks a follow-up question, such as which date to use for a report, reply with a short answer like “today” or “yes”. Zoe matches your reply to the question it just asked and continues your task.
Clearer message when Zoe cannot find a record
Applies to: all Zoe users
You see this message when you ask Zoe about a specific NetSuite record, such as a vendor bill, and NetSuite reports that it cannot find the record. Zoe now explains both likely causes and what to do. Previously, Zoe always described the problem as a permission issue, even when it was not.

Tip: Zoe works within your existing NetSuite permissions, so it can only return records that your role can view.
Bug Fixes
- Finance questions: Ordinary finance questions, such as balance sheet questions, no longer return an unrelated refusal about ARR, MRR, or revenue calculations.
- Zoe icon: The Zoe launch icon no longer disappears when you resize the page (hotfix, October 5, 2026).
