Summary: Customers with ZoneBilling and ZoneCapture products are eligible to download the Zone Control Center bundle. This will provide access to the Zone Control Center navigation menu and dashboard. ZoneBilling customers will also have access to Subscription Intelligence, the Zoe AI agent, through Zone Control Center.
Note: NetSuite Administrator access is required to install Zone Control Center.

Install the Zone Control Center Standalone Bundle
Role: Administrator access is required to install the Zone Control Center standalone bundle.
To set up the Zone Control Center and the Zoe , NetSuite Administrators must complete the following steps:
- Enable OAuth 2.0
- Install the Zone Control Center standalone bundle (ID 597581)
- User Access: Grant necessary user permissions
- Configure Zoe intelligent AI features (only if needed)
- Accept Usage Terms
- Communicate With Your Finance & Accounting Teams
Step 1: Authentication Configuration (OAuth 2.0)
Ensure OAuth 2.0 is enabled in your NetSuite account.
Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- Select the SuiteCloud subtab.
- Scroll to the Manage Authentication section.
- Ensure OAuth 2.0 is enabled.
- Scroll down and Save (blue button) at the bottom of the screen
If OAuth 2.0 is disabled, our Zoe AI agent (like Subscription Intelligence) will not be able to be authenticated.
Step 2: Zone Control Center Standalone Bundle Installation

Navigate to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles.
- In the Keywords, enter: 597581 or Zone Control Center
3. Select bundle: Zone Control Center
4. Click Install and select OK to any pop ups.
5. Monitor the bundle status page until installation completes
Step 3: User Access
Set User Role Permissions

Navigate to Set Up > User/Roles > Manage Roles
- Edit the needed role (use Edit Mode)

Navigate to Permissions > Setup
- Log in using OAuth 2.0 Access Tokens - level set to Full
- SuiteScript - minimum level set to View
- Select Permissions > Lists
- Documents and Files - minimum level set to View
Step 4. Configure Zoe AI Agents
Once the standalone bundle is installed, any of Zoe's AI agents (such as Subscription Intelligence) will need configured. This is only required for customers who will be using Zoe AI agents. Subscription Intelligence (for ZoneBilling customers) will launch at the end of June, while AP Intelligence (for ZoneCapture and ZoneApprovals customers) and Cash Intelligence (for ZoneReconcile customers) will launch in Q3 2026. Reach out to your account team for more information about our upcoming releases.

Step 5. Accept Usage Terms
Performance Tracking - Optional
Zone Control Center offers Zone and our customers an opportunity to track performance data within NetSuite. Previously, we were unable to track product performance such as load times and navigation pathways, making us more reliant on customer feedback to enhance our products. This opportunity gives us a chance to adjust our roadmaps based quantitative product performance data.
- Customers will be offered a chance to allow performance tracking for their account.
- This is optional and customers who decline will not be penalized.
- If customers agree, they will not notice any changes in their usage.
- Our tracking does NOT include any screenshots, images, PPI, or customer data.
- All data is captured at the aggregate level to provide overall metrics around time to process, load times, navigation paths, and errors.
Admin have the ability to turn this off for their entire company in Settings, otherwise individual users can accept or decline performance tracking. This data is used solely to improve the performance of our products.
In-App Surveys - Optional
During your time on Zone Control Center, you may be prompted to complete a 2-3 question poll once every few months. These polls are optional and anonymous. Responses cannot be tied back to customer accounts, so please do not leave feedback that requires a response unless you also provide an email address. To connect with our support team, please submit a support ticket.
All logged in users are given an equal opportunity to provide feedback, although polls will often show randomly and not all users will be included in every poll. This design limits any potential disruption to our customers by ensuring requests for feedback do not exceed once every few months, per customer.
Agreement to Use Zoe AI Agents - Required
To use our Zoe AI Agents such as Subscription Intelligence, customers must acknowledge and agree to the following, by selecting Agree & Close within the Zone Control Center settings:

2. AI-Powered Assistance in-chat: First time customers using a Zoe AI agent will see a reminder that even when using the most trustworthy and reliable AI tool, information informing critical decisions should always be verified. All customers will need to select continue the to acknowledge this warning.
Step 6. Communicate With Your Finance & Accounting Teams
Zone Control Center and Zoe provide your teams with new ways to navigate NetSuite, access their data, and engage with AI. This is both exciting, but also potentially stressful for employees who struggle with changes.
